- Set Oven to 350
- Layout the pepperoni slices on a sheet pan in a single layer
- Bake for 10 minutes then remove
- Pat grease off with a paper towel**
- Return to oven for 2-5 more minutes until desired crispness
**After patting the grease off try adding some spices to kick thing up a little like:
- Pepper
- Onion Powder
- Garlic Powder
- Celery Seed
- Dill Weed
- Cayenne
- Chipolte (My Personal Favorite)
The pepperoni has a strong flavor so they can hold up to a liberal sprinkling. Try mixing and matching your favorite herbs and seasonings as well.
Update: For a faster alternative try placing them in a microwave on top of several paper towels on high until desired crispness.
