Pepperoni Chips


These are perfect for those on a low carb diet, With that being said, it is also a perfect addition to a diabetic lifestyle.

  1. Set Oven to 350
  2. Layout the pepperoni slices on a sheet pan in a single layer
  3. Bake for 10 minutes then remove
  4. Pat grease off with a paper towel**
  5. Return to oven for 2-5 more minutes until desired crispness


**After patting the grease off try adding some spices to kick thing up a little like:

  • Pepper
  • Onion Powder
  • Garlic Powder
  • Celery Seed
  • Dill Weed
  • Cayenne 
  • Chipolte (My Personal Favorite) 

The pepperoni has a strong flavor so they can hold up to a liberal sprinkling. Try mixing and matching your favorite herbs and seasonings as well.

Update: For a faster alternative try placing them in a microwave on top of several paper towels on high until desired crispness.
